All our dishes are freshly prepared and cooked to order by our team of chefs, led by Head Chef Jonathan Sadlier. With a focus on local ingredients and seasonal produce, the menu includes a selection of traditional Irish favourites, contemporary classics, vegetarian options and indulgent desserts - all served with the warmth and charm of our castle hospitality.

Whether you're an overnight guest at the castle or visiting for the day, enjoy casual dining in Kerry’s only castle hotel with food served all day at Ballyseede Castle. Children are welcome, and the dress code is comfortably casual.
