• This reservation has been guaranteed to your credit card
• This is an inclusive three-night package, including breakfast each morning and dinner on two evenings. The package cannot be amended, altered or substituted, and no reduction in price will apply for any element not used.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equal to one night’s accommodation. If you made your reservation online, please cancel it through the same online booking platform. Advance purchase and prepaid rates are non-refundable.
• Friday and Saturday Stays: Please note that weddings are frequently held at the Castle on Fridays and Saturdays. The Castle may be busier than usual, and a late residents’ bar will be operational.
• Travel Insurance: We recommend that all guests purchase appropriate travel insurance to provide cover in the event that their plans change.
• Tour Operators: Please note that this booking is non-commissionable.
• Check-in: Check-in is available from 3:00pm for Castle accommodation and from 4:00pm for The Lodge.
• Check-out: Check-out is by 12:00 noon.
• Breakfast: Breakfast is served daily from 8:00am to 10:30am.
