The Stone Room

The Stone Room is a charming and elegant dining space within Ballyseede Castle. Each morning, The Stone Room is transformed into a breakfast haven from 8.00am to 10.00am. Here, guests can enjoy a delightful start to their day with locally sourced produce including eggs, bacon, Irish cheeses, pastries and more. Additionally, guests can select from a wide variety of baked breads, fruits, juices and cold meats from our buffet table.

In the evening, from 6:00pm to 8:30pm, The Stone Room transforms into an elegant restaurant ideal for romantic dinners and special gatherings, serving exquisite dishes made from the finest ingredients, as well as being available for small private functions, ensuring an intimate and memorable experience.
